Location is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown. The room was clean and spacious. Water pressure in the shower was low, which was a bit disappointing.

Cozy cottage-style rooms with a nice courtyard and fire pit. Beds were comfortable, and location is close to everything. The wifi barely worked in our room.

Alpine Village Inn boasts a charming exterior and a prime location near dining and shopping options. the cleanliness, outdated amenities, and noise levels were disappointing.

The noise was unbearable! The people above me sounded like they were having a stampede, stomping around until 2am. I barely slept, and the walls felt like they had no insulation at all. Definitely not a peaceful getaway!

The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help. The location is perfect, with everything in walking distance, plus there's a cozy firepit for nightly hangouts.
The walls are thin, so you might hear some spirited stomping from above.

This inn is just a short walk to downtown Helen and right across from the river, making it super easy to explore all the local places like Betty's Country Store and the adorable Troll Tavern. We loved relaxing at the fire pit and the rooms were clean and comfortable with nice beds to crash in after a day of adventure, but it would be nice if the staff had better availability for requests.

Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants in the city center. Friendly staff, clean rooms with pleasant scents, and comfortable beds. The nightly fire pit provided a cozy atmosphere for socializing with other guests and staff members.
Thin walls and ceilings could be bothersome for light sleepers. Some maintenance issues like a distant parking spot, a need to request basic amenities, and outdated room features.

Great location. Everything is within walking distance, and ample parking is available. The staff is genuinely friendly and hardworking. Activities like fire pits and corn hole add a nice touch. Rooms are clean and well-updated, though soundproofing could use improvement; thin walls let in too much noise. Minor issues arose—low water pressure and no ice maker—but these didn’t overshadow the stay. Initially, the cleanliness fell short, but immediately after reporting, issues were addressed. Checkout was simple and efficient. For those seeking a unique experience over a typical hotel, this spot delivers value and charm. Would return, mainly for the excellent staff and inviting atmosphere.

The room was spacious, featuring a firm yet comfortable bed that provided a decent night's sleep. the water pressure was somewhat lacking, and hot water availability was inconsistent. The ambiance had a charming, old-world feel, but the decor was outdated and could benefit from modernization. Noise levels were a concern; sounds from outside filtered in through a notable gap under the door. There was a lack of light in the room, making it feel dim even with all lamps on. The staff were personable and helpful, which added a nice touch to the stay.

The location is great for accessing fun nearby activities. Rooms are spacious, and we enjoyed the friendly staff who were quick to help us.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it’s still reasonable for the experience.

Charming cottage-style rooms with a cozy vibe, but unfortunately, they need some serious updates. The staff is friendly, and Steve truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome; he even built a fire pit for everyone to enjoy. The location can’t be beaten—it’s a quick walk to attractions. noise from other rooms and lack of hot water made for an uncomfortable night. Some amenities, like the vending machines, are in disrepair. There's potential here, but it’s currently overshadowed by these issues. I'd hesitate to recommend without a few changes.

Loved the free parking and terrace! Wifi was fast. Enjoyed chilling in the garden. Coffee makers saved my mornings.
I felt like a cleaning fairy with all the Clorox wipes.

the alpine village inn was clean and well-kept - with a fantastic location right across the street from the river. we loved the mountains and the outdoor fire pit with endless hot chocolate. the property manager - steve - was very welcoming and accommodating - with a great sense of humor.
100% Recommend.

The location was fantastic, close to recommended restaurants and attractions. A friendly staff member even offered to assist us during a storm.
The mattresses were not the most comfortable, and the lack of ice and frosted-up freezers in the rooms was disappointing.

The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and the TV worked well, which was a plus. we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the towels and bedding - some stains and unpleasant smells were evident. We also found the lack of toiletries provided to be quite inconvenient. The room itself felt a bit outdated and could have used some modernization. The bathroom, in particular, had some mold growing on the faucet and shower curtain. the noise level in the room was a bit high, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. It seemed like the walls were quite thin, as we could hear a lot of noise from outside and neighboring rooms. the location of Alpine Village was great, right in the center of Helen with easy access to everything in the city. The mini refrigerator in the room was also a useful feature. overall, we felt that the property could benefit from some upgrades and better attention to cleanliness.

we loved the location of alpine village inn. it was in a nice old historical german town village setting, just walking distance to the main strip. the room was updated and looked very nice, with a super comfortable bed. the manager was super nice and friendly, offering help and even a ride back if needed. we really enjoyed our time in the area, and would recommend this place to stay at.
Nothing, all was good 😊

Our stay at this charming inn was fantastic from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their hospitality was outstanding. We loved the lively atmosphere in the courtyard, where we could mingle with other guests and enjoy the bonfire. The location couldn't have been better, as we were able to easily walk to all the shops and restaurants in the center of town. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. We will definitely be returning!
That the floors in the bathroom seemed to be in need of repair, as they were soft in some areas.
